SW-FIT Bircher

Easy to make, and a nice change from a yoghurt pot and toast.

Serves 2

Ingredients
2 apples (I used Royal Gala), grated
200g Plain Greek Yoghurt
1/2 cup porridge oats
1 banana
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Handful of cranberries and raisins

Method
1. Mix grated apple, yoghurt and oats in bowl or glass of your choice.
2. Add banana.
3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and top with dried fruit.
