I hope this post finds people well and enjoying 2015 so far!

I have been spending the last 5 months training with the
Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become a Health Coach (don't laugh!).

This involves meeting people where their current needs are and working towards goals that could be anything from
wanting to improve how they look, how they feel, or most importantly their health. It's been a pretty intense last few months - I've been learning about a ridiculous amount of diets (many of them fads!), about the chemistry of the body, and a helluva lot about nutrition. I've also been doing a lot of cooking. Please see below.

Free private consultations for 12 people from Monday 19th to 22nd January
As of next week I will be holding trial Health History telephone consultations free of charge for anyone interested in their health (and improving it, for whatever reasons) and fitness. It lasts between 20-25 minutes and will involve talking about your diet, fitness, lifestyle and anything else that might be relevant to you. At the end of the call we will talk about how you can set yourself targets toward reaching your goals. I am limiting this to 12 people and next week this will be FREE! Anyone else wanting to sign up once the 12 places have been filled can for £20. After that, I'm off to work at Juicy Oasis with the Juice Master for a few weeks. And after that, consultations will be £80 :)

The point of the consultation is not to be given a generic meal plan that you probably won't end up sticking to!
