QUESTIONS.

That's fine, we all have questions, so here are some FAQ's.

Do I have to be super-fit to take part in this challenge?
Not at all.  This is a tailored challenge that can work for anyone whether you have never trained before, or train every day.  Your training plan will be adjusted and tweaked according to your needs, and the daily accountability tasks are suitable for everyone, and are designed to help you get the most of the programme.

My gym is closed, can I do this at home?

Of course.  We've all gotten pretty good at home training in the last year, so sessions will be tailored depending on where you'll be training as much as what you have available to train with.

Will a lack or no weights be an issue?

Nope.  Bodyweight training isn't an issue, and again, we'll use what you've got available to you - a chair, a bench, the stairs, some tins, whatever you've got we can make it work.

What about the live classes, do I have to join them?

I've been running daily live classes from the living room since March last year, and we have a great group who take part throughout the week.  There's everything from HIIT sessions, to Abs and Glutes sessions, to Strength & Mobility sessions all lasting 20 - 40 minutes, and if you can't make them live, there is a whole database of on-demand sessions that you can do instead.

If you want to add access to this as part of your challenge you can do so at checkout, but if it's not for you, that's not a problem, the challenge is a stand alone plan.

Will I get results?

Well, that's a little harder to say.  If you take on board all of the action points, do the training, and work on your nutrition, then yes, you will see results.  But if you only implement bits here and there, if you just read the emails and do nothing, if you aren't ready to make any changes, then there is only so much I can do for you.  Like anything in life, you'll get back what you put in.  Just saying.

When does the challenge run and can I start at a different date?

The challenge starts on Monday 1st Feb and will finish on Sunday 28th Feb.  It's a group challenge so everyone will start and finish at the same time.  Because of the way the challenge is structured it's difficult to catch up if you start a few days late.
