It's great to have you here. I'm a personal trainer and fitness coach, foodie, and occasional big kid.
I put SW Fit together because it was what my clients were asking for. They wanted to be able to train with me, and without me, at home, or in the gym, on their terms.
I wanted to give clients more than just an hour of my time a week in the gym, and create a little community around health and fitness that was encouraging, entertaining, and enabling.
I like pizza and ice-cream, so fad diets are out, let's eat proper food that makes us feel good and not guilty.
Training should be fun. Challenging, but fun. So there's something for everyone, and a consistent training routine full of variety means you feel good, inside and out.
