No matter what you're into, we've got a class for you.
Sessions are delivered live throughout the week, and are available on-demand shortly afterwards in the Member's Area.
Most sessions require little to no kit, so no matter when you're ready to train, there's a session ready for you.

STRONG TO THE CORE.

 

A 15 - 20 minute session concentrating on your mid section; your abs, obliques and lower back are all targeted to help build a strong stable core.

When you join you'll get instant access to all our previous classes so you can get started straight away.

It's then just a case of booking your first live class!
