Looking for a little bit of everything? This is the class for you. We'll combine bodyweight and weighted exercises with cardio, strength and core work to give you a full body workout.
A booty burn. Grab your mini resistance bands and let's get to work. Strong glutes pay off in almost every session, which we why we have a whole session dedicated just to them!

Just like our Upper Body session, Lower Body focuses on exactly that; let's get those hamstrings, quads, glutes and calves all working.
Mixing body weight and weighted exercises, this session is all about the upper body, think arms, chest, back, shoulders and core.

Our first combo class; resistance band work and bodyweight training with a focus on your glutes and abs.
