How many sessions are available each week?
We run sessions every day of the week. There's a morning and evening class Monday - Thursday, and a morning session on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. As well as the live sessions, there are over 200 sessions available on demand in the Member's area too, so you'll never be short of a workout to do again.
Can I pay per session?
To give the best service to our member's we don't currently offer a pay-per-session option. We offer weekly, monthly or quarterly payment options as we feel that this allows members to make the most out of the sessions that we offer.
Do I have to be super fit to take part?
Not at all. We want all of our sessions to be accessible to as many people as possible. That's why each session is profesionally coached by a qualified Personal Trainer who can guide you through the exercises and offer any alternatives or adjustments should you need them. You can take each session at your own pace.
