Frequently Asked Questions

How many sessions are available each week?

We run live sessions throughout the week. There's a morning and evening class Monday - Thursday, and a morning on Saturdays and Sundays. We all deserve a rest on a Friday I think. As well as the live sessions, there are over 200 sessions available on demand in the Member's area too, so you'll never be short of a workout to do again.

Can I pay per session?

To give the best service to our member's we don't currently offer a pay-per-session option. We offer weekly, two-weekly or monthly payment options as we feel that this allows members to make the most out of the sessions that we offer.

Do I have to be super fit to take part?

Not at all. We want all of our sessions to be accessible to as many people as possible. That's why each session is profesionally coached by a qualified Personal Trainer who can guide you through the exercises and offer any alternatives or adjustments should you need them. You can take each session at your own pace.

I don't have weights at home. Do I need any kit?

Not always! While some sessions, such as the Strength/Upper/Lower Body session, work best with weights (some dumbbells, a bar, a power bag, even some tins will do), other sessions such as HIIT or Abs don't require any kit at all, just some enthusiasm. Alternatively, some clients like to take their sessions with them to the gym and follow the session along.

I don't have much space, can I still take part?

Of course. Space can be at a premium for us all, especially if we're training at home, so as long as you can lie flat on the floor with a little space around you, you're pretty much good to go. Remember, sessions can be adapted along the way to work with the space that you do have, so you shoudln't feel that a lack of space is an issue.

Can eveyrone at home take part in the sessions?

The more the merrier. Each class pass covers the whole household, and there is a session for everyone in the timetable, so no reason why the whole family can't take part.

Can I access the sessions on all my devices?

Yes. Because everything is hosted online and in the cloud, you just need an internet connection and a web-browser to access the live and on-demand sessions. If you want to join us live, and for the best experience, we recommend signing up for a free Zoom account too.
