This is my collection of 58 simple, quick, and healthy vegetarian and vegan recipes; including breakfast, lunch, dinner, treats and smoothie options to liven up your meal time and keep the food boredom at bay.


In addition to the recipes, the pack includes weekly meal planners and accompanying shopping lists so you can plan your week and make sure that you have everything you need to make a full week's worth of food straight there in your kitchen.


I've also included a full nutrition and allergy breakdown for each meal so you can see exactly what you're getting from each meal and how it can easily fit into your daily nutrient needs.


To make life easier, there's even a My Fitness Pal barcode to scan and add your meal straight into the app if you're tracking - no need to add in each ingredient bit by bit!
